This app is largely disappointing; it seems to be a web based app slow to load and respond to inputs. Its also vey limited in trail search functionality. For example you are presented with a list of trails sorted by trail name not city location and there is no option to change the sort criteria. All page changes load as if you never visited them. Ie the back button reloads the last page and starts you from the top of the page Dont buy!

Maps doesnt work on my iPad. Waste of money.

Its super buggy. Interface design and architecture could use an overhaul. Wasted $1.99!

This app is very nice for what it does, I definitely recommend it to everyone who rides. Absolutely worth the price. it finds trails nearby or anywhere you want. The app gives you driving direction, reviews and the trails info for most of trails which is very nice. The app is too buggy, needs to get fixed. Also missing some trails, bike stores and directions to some of the trails. (The more stuff and ease of use, the better the app would be). Overall good app.

Good idea but poorly executed. Wont even change orientation when you turn your iPad. The two searches I did werent helpful. Searching nearby brought up only one of several trails in the area. When looking statewide, I clicked on direction for a trail and the pinpoint was 150 miles north of the correct location. On another search for "Columbus, IN", it brought up two trails listed as simply "Columbus". After looking at them, one was in Mississippi and one in Georgia. Not very helpful and way overpriced at $1.99.

I love the app, mostly for the trail searching. The gear reviews are somewhat organized but with database as big as it is can be hard to navigate. One problem I hope they fix is when you look at a product and click back it takes you all the way to the begin not where you were at. And the scrolling through the pages are laggy. And I love using the trails review and nearby trails option, but once again when you back out it does not take you to the nearby trails page but to the States trail list that you are located in. So you have to back all the way out and start over. Other then those small technical problems the app is great.

The trail and bike information is wonderful, but the GPS and "Near me" searches need help. Most times the local lists dont populate with any info and the GPS doesnt stop, thereby draining the battery. Hopeful these issues will get resolved. In the meantime, save your $2 and use the website directly.

When traveling to unfamiliar places this app is excellent for finding great trails to ride! It not only finds all the trails near my location, but also leads me right to them. I have used it all over the U.S. and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great places to ride!

I downloaded the full version for $1.99 and when I try to open it it crashes, I went back to iTunes and used the support page which leads me to a generic site that doesnt support problems you might have

This app use to work pretty good and had a rather large database of trails, but when I upgraded to 2.0 it stopped working! Been waiting for an update/fix, but hasnt happened!

Whats up with this app? I created an account on my iPad and then tried to log on using my iPhone but it wont let me. I logged out on my iPad and now I cant get back in... No obvious place to get tech support... Epic fail...!

This is a great app! It is wonderful for checking out trails, maps, photos, and reviews. One of the features that I love, is the ability to update trail status and photos from the trail with my iPhone! I also really enjoy the ability to save trails that youd like to check out and which are your favorites that youve ridden. I was at a party and was asked what trails I ride, I quickly opened this app and showed them my favorite trails! The customer service to update your password works flawlessly. I would have given it 5 stars only if 1) better HD graphics and icons were used throughout, 2) your login credentials were saved, 3) more features like "map my ride" were added. Overall, its a great little app I tell all of my fellow mtn. bike riders about!

This app is nothing but a low quality web view, with terrible low-res icons to boot. When youre on the home page of the app there, the title of the app on the top of the screen appears as "Singletrac…". Nice attention to detail. The website has a lot of good information, so Ill still use it; but seriously, for a $4 app from a site that charges a steep membership fee I expected better.

Some functional issues hurt this app. The second page of videos all have the same icon. Going into a review and back out to the list brings you to the top of the list, not where you were before. You cant read others comments on some items even though it says there were other comments. Honestly, you need to do a better job editing. Spelling & grammar issues are everywhere.

Great app but took off one star for bug. When backing out from reviews section of a trail the back button gets stuck in a loop. Havent been able to figure out how to submit a bug report. *edit* removing another star for the inability to reach the support page, tells me my email address is invalid, i still have my confirmation email in my inbox so I can verify my login info, but they will not accept it.

Will give you some baseline info and reviews, but the actual app performs poorly. Hitting the "back" button just keeps looping me back to the same page, so I have to constantly click the home button and research areas. Annoying

Not worth the money

Great listings of trails, many of which are not on other databases of other similar apps. However, other similar apps that cost LESS than this one, do include a valuable feature that is currently lacking from this paid app. This app would be worth 5 STARS, if you would include an ability for the user to change the DISTANCE the software uses to calculate how "nearby" you are when you select the option to view all nearby mountain bike trails. I frequently live, work, and travel all around new places in my 4WD van and I always have at least one bike with me... and I oftentimes choose my destination based on a map of what trails are nearby the general region along the route to the destination I may decide to travel to... and it is VERY DIFFICULT to use your app to do that. This feature would be appreciated by anyone who likes to roadtrip with a mountain bike (or 4) strapped to their vehicle. Please add an option to give the user the ability to change the DISTANCE variable for viewing "Nearby" trails, or somehow allow the user to browse a map of a state or region with all trails marked on it. Other than that, AWESOME APP!

No indication of singletrack vs road. Poorly edited tracks. Good inventory of trails. Poor map downloading for offline use. I tried to download an area and at some zoom in close level only some tiles arrived and Im on big broadband. Usability issues such as no message that maps have successfully downloaded. Worth $4 though!
